It has been 5 months since the pandemic made us all change the way we live our lives. Staying at home and reinventing our routines. Finding ways to stay sane and motivated.

I decided to use this new way of living to go back to shape. I changed the way I eat (mostly reducing the size of the portions) and started exercising every day. I have lost 27 pounds and now I am in the best shape I have been in more than 10 years.

Here are some images of me, with my new physique and wearing bright colors that motivate me to keep exercising (or, in some photos, wearing nothing but shoes!).

When you are in Palm Springs and the temperature is 112 degrees…
It’s just better to get naked.
Sometimes, I workout using my old ballet tights. Exercising in your backyard allows you to do things like this.
Every Sunday we go for a 90 minutes bike ride around Los Angeles.

Then, you can just relax and enjoy the sun.
