Today I wore Easter colors. Specially my jacket is very “Easter”. It is one of my favorite jackets and I was waiting for Spring to finally take it out of the closet and wear it.
We celebrated the day (not necessarily for religious reasons) by cooking an amazing -yet simple- dinner. (for the record: I was merely the assistant).
The menu was roasted tomatoes soup and -5 years aged cheddar- grilled cheese sandwiches. I’m including a picture below. The tomato soup was garnished with fresh pesto and roasted pine nuts. It was an incredible dinner.
