Today, before heading to the airport to fly back to New York City, I met with my friend Christopher Kinder for lunch at the Manhattan Beach Pier.
It is a wonderful thing to do in the middle of the day. The pier was built between 1917 and 1920 and today is the oldest remaining pier of those early ones made of reinforced concrete in Souther California. This pier is a registered historic landmark of California. At the end of it there is a round house with a tiny but cool aquarium (you can read more about the pier in a photo below).

By the way, we had fish tacos for lunch, not at the pier but at a taco place a block from it: Wahoo Tacos.

I am wearing skinny jeans by G-Star, shirt by Penguin, cardigan by H&M and shoes by Prada.
