The area where I live is known as the Flatiron area. The name comes from one of the most famous buildings in New York City “The Flatiron Building“, finished in 1902 where Fifth Avenue intersects with Broadway. It was a groundbreaking structure and one of the tallest skyscrapers at the time.
As you can see it is incredibly beautiful and almost impossible to comprehend, given the peculiar shape that made it an universal icon.

Talking about new I am wearing new pants today. Yellow pants to celebrate the middle of Summer. The pants are from Parke & Ronen, and my white shirt and green cardigan are from H&M.
